The Changing Teenage Brain

10th October 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:45 pm

Girl with blonde hair running towards the sun

There is new scientific research revealing how the brain changes as a teenager. What’s going on in our children’s heads at this key stage of life? Why is everything so overwhelming and reactionary? How can we communicate better with them?

Dr Rosemary Taylor –  An advisor to the UN, COBIS consultant, regional editor of The Good Schools Guide and International speaker on the subject of the development of the teenage brain

Dr Charlie Easmon – Having trained at St George’s London he is now Medical Director of your Excellent Health. His interest in mental health came through his occupational health work in which he saw the consequences of poor work environments, late referral, lack of mental health support resources or poor management.
